Discreet delivery means you can trust us to dispatch your order in an anonymous fashion. This is to protect your privacy.

Depending on your chosen delivery method, your order will arrive in either a brown jiffy bag, or a silver Royal Mail special delivery bag. Both of these options are packaged with no company label or indications of the contents.

As you can see from the pictures, which ever delivery method you choose, your purchase will remain completely anonymous

Standard delivery in the UK takes 3-7 days although please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Our special delivery gives you next day service on orders made before 2pm. Orders received after 2pm will be delivered within 48 hours. International orders take 7-14 days for standard delivery, with special delivery normally taking 2-7 days (same day dispatch when order is placed before 2pm)

Please note: a signature is required for all packages on arrival, and we cannot delivery to PO BOX numbers.

Damaged products are immediately refunded. We cannot offer guarantees with our devices unless they are damaged so please ensure you are completely happy with your order before you purchase.
